Within the safe space of Kundalini Yoga Therapy, one learns easy tools and techniques to develop endurance, as well as integrate restful relaxation. The structure of the course is built upon a sense of community, which allows one to feel supported throughout their process.

Kundalini Yoga Therapy is a specially designed practice for health recovery. Using the teachings and principles of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, each class is focused on increasing vitality and relaxation.
The course will be held online for 75 – 90 minutes, once/ week for 8 weeks.
Kundalini Yoga Therapy functions differently than a typical Kundalini Yoga class. We move much slower and encourage students to go at their own pace, we match the yoga to the student, we practice “a little bit goes a long way” and “less is more.” We function from the beliefs that what you do makes a difference and all change starts with acceptance. By focusing on the breath, the wholeness of the student, and the outcome: to increase vitality and calm, participants build the capacity to deal with their illness/ condition. Students are empowered to reclaim their body, mind, emotions and overall experience, which leads to their happiest and healthiest self.
